Rossella Urru
Today I won’t write about Tuscany and its events. Today I will write about a great woman, Rossella Urru, that had been kidnapped in October 2011 in Algeria.
She is 29 years old and a voluntary worker in Algeria to help the Saharawi people. She was kidnapped in October during the night of 22nd and 23rd by soldiers of Al Qaeda. She was kidnapped together with two other Spanish volunteers and they are supposed to be in Mali on the borderline with Niger.
Today several Italian bloggers and newspaper dedicated to her a post, because we cannot forget her and all the other kidnapped people around the world. I also decided to share her story with you.
