Contessa Chinchon by Goya
Started this week “Aperitivo ad Arte“, a great event to have a drink while visiting the Uffizi Gallery.
A great appointment where you can drink and eat on the Uffizi terrace, located over Loggia dei Lanzi in Piazza Signoria, after or before you had a guided tour to the new Uffizi rooms.
Visitors can visit the eight blue rooms where are exhibited incredible masterpieces from the 16th century, like the beautiful “Countess of Chinchon” by Francisco Goya that is the symbol of the event.
“Aperitivo ad Arte” will take place every Thursday from 7.30 pm to 9.30pm and cost 10 euro. The guided tours to the new Uffizi will depart every half an hour for groups of 25 people. Included in the ticket a drink and the buffet. Reservation is strongly recommended by calling the numbers 800.424500 or 055-294883. The entrance for the event is behind Loggia della Signoria.
