Maybe you know it already but I’ll be a Wild Blogger at Gli Albori Archaeological Park at the end of July and this means a lot to me!
Gli Albori
Gli Albori is an experimental archaeological park in the wild Maremma, where you can experience adventure, history, archeology and much much more. The park offers a complete range of workshops and activities for children and families, schools and anyone who wants to find out more about our history.
The park organizes courses to learn the ancient art of falconry, how to light a fire, how to make bows and hunting and lots of other things like these. In addition inside the park there is the perfect and detailed reconstruction of a village with prehistoric houses dating back to different Prehistoric Ages.
And if you would like to immerse yourself into prehistory, you can stay at the local farmhouse where you can taste a special menu with handmade, fresh and organic ingredients and products such as the handmade tagliatelle with fresh tomato sauce.
Wild Blogger
The park picked 9 “wild” bloggers, including me, to let us experience life in prehistory with a rich program of activities. The blogtour will take place at Gli Albori from July 27th to 29th, when we’ll live inside the park, sleep under the stars and learn lots of cool things.
I’m so excited because I’ll have the opportunity to learn how to light a fire, how to make an arch and use it, how to survive in the woods, as well as learning how life was at dawn of civilization. I think it’s going to be awesome and I can’t wait to be there, learn as much as I can, take thousands of pictures and then tell you about it!
I really want to thank the staff at Gli Albori for picking me too!
