I’m a fan of Van Gogh and I was really happy for this new kind of exhibit-experience happening in Florence and called Van Gogh Alive! Located inside the Church of Santo Stefano al Ponte in Florence city center, this original exhibit projects Van Gogh’s masterpieces on the walls accompanied by the perfect music match.

Van Gogh Alive is divided into several moments depicting the most important stages of artist’s life. The exhibition starts with his early paintings of Dutch farmers and still life studios. Then you have a collection of his most beautiful portraits, landscapes, Japanese artworks and so on.

The exhibit Van Gogh Alive worths a visit if you like Van Gogh and art-based experiences. It’s open from Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 7.30pm while on Friday and Saturday it closes at 11pm and on Sunday at 9pm. Regular ticket costs 12€, reduced 10€.
The best moment too see it it’s probably during weekdays in at night on weekends. For more details see here. You have time until April 12th!
