Wine Town 2013. Win your Wine Card!

In two weeks time Florence will be the capital of wine, thanks for Wine Town 2013!

Wine Town 2013

This year Wine Town 2013 will be in May from 16th to 17th in the most beautiful palazzos in Florence. The event connects wine, art and culture and music with a rich calendar of events, tastings, cooking shows and music concerts.

The main locations are Florence historical buildings such as Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Antinori, Palazzo Davanzati, Palagio di Parte Guelfa, Bargello Museum and other stunning palazzos. In Piazza Pitti and at Loggia del Grano there will be the main areas for wine and beer tastings with Tuscany producers that will present their excellent wines and beers. For the entire event there will be also guided tastings upon reservation. At night the halls and piazzas will be the locations for music concerts and theater performances.

Win your WineCard!

TooMuchTuscany and other local bloggers will be media partners of the event. We decided to organize a special contest for you and all the wine lovers.The prizes are 2 winecards with 5 wine tastings included, a special invitation for the exclusive opening night and a WineTown gadget!

There are two main categories for the Wine Town contest:

– Best Wine Recipe – write down the best and most unique recipe with wine. From starters to dessert, any recipe is valid but wine should be one of the main ingredients.

– Best Wine Picture – take the best picture ever that means wine for you. It can be a landscape, a portrait or any thing related to wine. But don’t take a boring picture of a glass of wine, because it will taste as a bad wine.

How to participate:

– Like the Facebook Page of Wine Town

– Post your best picture and/or your best recipe onto the Facebook Page

– Ask your friends to like your post and cross your fingers

You have time until May 13th at 2.30 pm then the most liked picture and recipe will win. The social media team of Wine Town will also select an additional winner among all the posted works.
