Santo Spirito
Here we are at the second weekend of December, celebrating also the Immaculate Conception of Mary on December 8th. There are several events all around, most of them related to Christmas and local food.
Fairs and Festivals
In Buonconvento there is Tastes of Memories with tastings of local food, arts and crafts market and special workshops for the entire weekend. In Montelupo Fiorentino there is Gourmet, Christmas and food market with local producers and artisans. In Lucca there is Desco, the food market of Lucca’s tastes. In San Vincenzo starts this weekend Green December with a rich calendar of events and tastings.
In Florence there is ARTour, arts and crafts market with the best masters from all around Tuscany. It’s from Friday to Saturday in Piazza Santa Maria Novella. In Piazza Santo Spirito on Saturday and Sunday there is the Fierucola with local producers, organic food and products, as well as handmade artworks.

Markets
On Saturday and Sunday in Forte dei Marmi and Pistoia there is a large antiques fair. In Empoli there is the chocolate market fair with the best Tuscany masters. On Sunday the antiques market is in Vicopisano, Carmignano and Massa.
There are also several Christmas markets in Tuscany, as well as Christmas crèches. Have a look!
