Have you ever been at Oblate Library in Florence? Is one of the best places to enjoy a stunning view of Brunelleschi’s Cupola. On Tuesday July 24th you can listen at the Note Noire 4et playing.
Note Noire 4et
This quartet is really peculiar. I like their music that melts several different cultural into a lovely music. Their sound is inspired by Gipsy music from all around Europe. You feel the Hungarian czardas, the valse musette, the swing and the Rumanian hora.
A particular sound that delights and make your day more “jolie”, as French people say. The quartet is made of a violin, an accordion, a guitar and a double bass that come along with you in this musical journey through European Gipsy cultures.
The event
On Tuesday night at 7pm the Note Noire will play for free at the panoramic Cafè of Oblate Library, located in via dell’Oriuolo, few steps from Florence Cathedral. In addition to listen to good music you can have a drink while looking at Brunelleschi’s Cupola.
As a matter of fact from the rooftop terrace, where the cafè is, it looks like you can touch the Cupola. I really think this is the best place to take pictures of it! For more information visit the official site of Note Noire 4et. There will also be at EtnicArezzo.
