A great fair this week in Florence, dedicated to shopaholic, food and wine lover. This is the Fiera di Firenze!
Fiera di Firenze is the first fair dedicated to shopping, food, music and books with a rich calendar of events. There are several exhibitors of interior design, books and music, as well as other shopping in general.
The program
Within the fair there is the Chocolate fair, where you can taste the best chocolate ever, as well as looking at chocolate masters working and preparing their excellent chocolate.
There are also several cooking workshops organized by Florence Slow Food, going on every day from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. On Saturday and Sunday workshops are also in the morning from 11.30am to 12.30pm. The workshops are held by famous Florentine masters revealing their cooking secrets. reservation is recommended by emailing to corsidicucina@fieradifirenze.com.
Every night from 7.30pm AperiMusic, classic Italian aperitivo with live music for 8€ per person including a drink, buffet dinner and live music.
On Saturday and Sunday there is a special shopping market with several exhibitors coming from the famous Forte dei Marmi market.
Last but not least there is the art exhibits of young and talented Italian artists.

Florence Fair is from Thursday October 18th to Sunday 21st at Fortezza da Basso in Florence. It’s open on Thursday and Friday from 3pm to 11pm, on Saturday from 10am to 11pm and on Sunday from 10am to 9pm. Entrance is free.
